STICKY SWEET CHILI Chicken
There are white meat chicken people, and dark meat chicken people; in our house, we are definitely the latter. We love juicy, tender chicken, so I'm always playing around with different recipes using dark meat chicken. This one definitely stands out. I created it one Friday morning because I wanted something new, and the results were pleasantly surprising. I got two thumbs-up from everyone, so it's become a staple in our home since!

Ingredients
- • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs, each cut into 4 pieces
- • ¼ cup oil
- • 2 Tbsp onion soup mix
- • 2 tsp paprika
- • 3/4 tsp black pepper
- • 1 Tso garlic powder
- • 1/2 Tsp sea salt
- • 1/2 Tsp turmeric
- • 1/2 Tsp coriander
- • ½ cup sweet chili sauce, for brushing

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil.

In a large mixing bowl, toss chicken with oil, onion soup mix, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, salt, turmeric, and coriander.

Transfer chicken to prepared baking sheets. Brush with sweet chili sauce.

Roast, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
