  • 4 dates
  • 1 half asian pear
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 and 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

    Combine dates, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla bean to a pot, and stir until dates are cooked down, and Asian pears are tender.
