- • 1 half asian pear
- • 1 vanilla bean
- • 1 cup oats
- • 1 and 1/2 cup filtered water
- • 1 tsp cinnamon
- • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Combine dates, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla bean to a pot, and stir until dates are cooked down, and Asian pears are tender.
